Dear Sir,
I am Dr. Sreelekha, was working as a Research Assistant, Women Scientist at IIT Bombay from 2012-2019. Then, I was working as a Post -Doctoral Fellow at CUSAT from 26/11/2020 till 25/11/2021.
First of all, I am extremely sorry for taking your valuable time in this pandemic time, since I don’t have any other alternative option for a safe stay. Some criminals from IIT Bombay have spoiled my life and career, and was torturing me continuously from 2013 onwards unnecessarily and kept my life in a very dangerous situation. I don’t have any person for a help, since their network is so strong that they are constantly tracing my mobiles and laptops, whereabouts and blocking people from helping me, where ever I go, to hide their criminalities. They are threatening and blocking people to not to help.

I tolerated, adjusted more than enough than any human being should do from the past 9 years, because of the fear that they will spoil my career and life. They threatened me many times that if I am complaining they will put my morphed videos online, will create fake cases against me and will kill and delete my email accounts and social media accounts etc. On the other hand, they are continuing their tortures and harassments wherever I go by tracing and networking. Then, they are blocking my all attempts to move legally by even manipulating the advocates, judges and police officers by projecting to everybody that I am having mental problems. I am a passionate researcher and not a criminal to be traced and treated like this. I never made any troubles to anybody. These criminals have purposefully created issues and spoiled my life and career unnecessarily. This constant mental and physical torture is affecting my health, academics, life, career, family everything. For those criminals it is just like an entertainment. I need a permanent end to this situation. They spoiled my PhD, PDF, life, career, family everything and is keep on doing it.
I don’t like publicity and I don’t wish to make my life as a public entertainment. That was the major reason, I was tolerating everything and was trying to escape from the situations. But, these people are considering my decency as inability and made my life as a public entertainment with their lies and cooked up stories to hide their criminalities. Without any shame, they are repeating the same tortures and harassments, even after 2 years and instructing the people to do the same, and on top of that blocking a legal case registration.
I am afraid that whether I will get justice in India. Thatsy, I am requesting all of your precious time to bring your attention to this matter for providing minimum civilian rights, especially, the right to life and liberty, freedom from torture, freedom from opinion and expression, the right to work and education etc. Since, I firmly believe in the truth and the judiciary system.
Normally, if any issue is reporting, IIT authority will cover up the matter from media to save the brand name of IIT. Then they will repeat the same harassments with the guts that they can do anything to torture any person to any level. Then they will be always saved using the IIT label. This is the main reason many innocent students are committing suicides in IITs repeatedly. They are afraid that they won’t get justice and they are not capable to handle the stress. If we are approaching to the authorities for a help, they will create dramas and label them as having mental problems. Even in January third week also, one student committed suicide at IIT Bombay. Now, they will tell that I am not working there from the past two years. But, they are constantly torturing me, even after 2 years, in all possible ways with an expectation that I should go and commit suicide. Being a student or staff in IITB is not a license to do any crime of any level and I am not aware that Indian Constitution provides any extra privilege or protection to IIT Bombay staffs & students.
Due to the criminal activities of the so-called world leading professors of IIT Bombay, I am not even able to live or work anywhere from the past 9 years. Not even able to stay in home peacefully. The modesty and dignity of a girl is being questioned continuously from 2016 onwards due to their public entertainments, tracing my phone calls and laptops and peeping into my privacy voluntarily by deviating the minimum civilian rights. On top of that distributing the recordings in the network to insult and harass by the entire people. Unnecessarily kept my life in trouble without even have the guts to solve it and they just want to escape. Still torturing me for their enjoyments without even feeling any shameand spreading bad about me and making my life as a public entertainment.
Out of fear, I have registered complaints to IITB students cell in 16/05/2015, IITB Women Cell in 22/08/2017, DGP Kerala in 17/01/2019, Chief Security Officer, IITB in 1/9/2019, Powai Police Station in 01/11/2019, Kalamassery Police Station in 3/1/2022. I have mailed to world wide media and authorities on 27/01/2022. But, everybody is being blocked and there was no action from anybody. They have blocked the DGP Rishiraj Singh IPS and Mumbai DGP, Jacob Alexander IPS etc everybody by telling lies much before I reached to them. Nobody is knowing the reality.
I was working under Prof. Pushpak Bhattacharyya at the CFILT lab of IIT Bombay from 2013 onwards. His students and lab members used to trouble me as per the instruction of DipteshKanojia and Deepak Jagtap. They have extended the matters to the hostel, and was troubling me in all possible ways along with the Hall Manager to hide her financial allegations.AbhisekhSankaran, a PhD student was loving me from 2013. He and his friends were trying to help me from lab troubles even though I used to ignore him. But, His friend Meenarli Sharma came as a mediator and started troubling me since she desperately wanted Abhisekh for her satisfaction. Then when the lab peoples trouble exceeds HOD has allotted me a room in the dept. Then HOD and Prof. Krishna has arranged a sexual harassment talk and has asked me to get marry to Prof. Akshay. Then Abhisekh’s friends, CFILT lab people, all the faculties of CSE Dept, everybody gathered and planned a criminal conspiracy to harass and torture me in all possible ways till I agree to marry Abhisekh by creating a whastapp group for discussion to avoid the proof. Then, Diptesh, Deepak and Vijay instructed the cleaning staffs to put chemical, pesticides, poisons etc to my water bottle and food continuously in the department room, in hostel foods, canteens etc to spoil my brain and to create mental changes on me from 2016 onwards till 2019 by taking the spare key of my room. They started tracing my phone calls through Jio/Vodafone networks, laptops, and pc’s by controlling windows updates even to monitor my activities. Then after overhearing the phone calls, they started contacting all my friends and relatives and was telling bad about me to make me isolate. Without even correcting their own activities they were eager to dig into my whereabouts and was eager to torture me in hometown even by creating issues in family and work places. The same way, they are doing these gang harassments in Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Trivandrum, Ernakulam, etc, wherever I go. They are creating a wrong criminal environment in the society by misleading the people without any valid reason just to hide their criminalities one after the other, and the loop is extending. It is not good.
Abhisekh’s professors and Prof. Akshayhave brought many professors from across the world to support my research as Postdoc options. Then Prof. Pushpak was getting furious on these all things. He has started plannings to make me to go away from IITB. They instructed the faculties in SRM Chennai also to torture me in gang when I went for thesis submission and defense. I was getting afraid so much because of the constant mental torture and gang harassments and poisoning by 100’s of people continuously for 9 years.
When I was concentrating on my research and academics, IITB people are desperate to spoil my works, as they want me to get marry to Abhisekh in 2016.They will do all emotional black mailing by sending messages about love and all by accessing my mobile, laptop, social media accounts, Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, LinkedInetc to avoid any proof. Atlast, I stopped my work and thought of going to Cambridge at that time, they were playing around thatAbhisekh want peace of mind and he is comfortable in enjoying with Meenarli after hearing the lies of CFILT lab members. Then to hide their criminalities they have blocked my all-postdocapplications. Out of frustration, Prof. Pushpak started troubling me in Kerala with the help of politicians and Police.They have demolished our home as per IITB criminals instruction. Out of fear, I went back to IITB. Prof. Pushpak tried various plays to make me go out of IITB and then he was giving awards to Prof. Supratik and was offering faculty position to Abhisekh(since he was not having A* publication) and a faculty candidate to marryand to leave me, since they all were trying to help me from Prof. Pushpak’s lab peoples trouble. Then they have stolen my passport and bank passbooks and then demanded through Prof. Bhaskar that I should go and live in some hidden places for 2 years to make their fear go away that I won’t complain. They arranged some drama with Mumbai Powai Police to forcefully admit me into the mental hospital, and created a fake mental certificate threatening my sister and Brother-in-Law as “I have PersistantIllusional Disorder” purposefully to make people not to believe me. Now, after 2 years, when I was coming back to my academics by discussing with Stanford professors, they are tracing and spoiling my career and life again to permanently spoil me by giving offers to people even to family members and relatives. CFILT lab team is continuously projecting bad about me to entire people from years.
Prof. Pushpak asked me to join for PhD and to go along with him to IIT Patna in 2015-16, then to go there many times, then to submit my thesis in IIT Patna in 2017, and then to join as faculty in IIT Patna in 2018. I denied all out of fear about him that he will play around and will utilize. When I denied all he is projecting to everybody that I don’t know anything to pacify his ego. When all other professors started supporting me, he desperately wanted me to be away from IITB. He will approach a person with anintention that what benefit he can get from him. He never had time to listen to my research passion. When I wanted to work on Neuro-Symbolic integration and all, he never allowed me to work in that. He wanted me to work only in MT area. When all other professors in the department were helping me for working in my passionate area, he was getting furious on that. In CUSAT, when I was excelling in NLP-Deep Learning and reported one error in his lecture materials he got jealous and instructed the CUSAT people to block my GPU access and instructed them to harass and insult me in gang by giving offers. Then demanding through various people that I should not work in MT area. He is desperately telling to everybody that I am a big zero. Then I don’t understand why he is this much adamant to follow and trace back me continuously to know what is my next plan and all and is eager to spoil me by giving offers to people, whoever all I had a connection in my life. He is having some concrete plan to implement in this year and till achieving that he wants me to be in Kerala so that he can keep me under his control by giving offers to the Keralapeople [After that I wont be able to come up in my career.].Then he has given offers to Abhisekh and awards to IITB professors to not to support me. They all came into an agreement and did a criminal conspiracy to finish me off completely by giving offers to my family members and who ever all there is a possibility to help me. He is a psychic criminal, behind me to spoil my passion and spirit from years. In IITB, other professors and his entire students & staffs were celebrating when Prof. Pushpak was away as Director of IIT Patna. Everybody is afraid of him because of his playing around nature. He will torture innocent people.
I thought of registering a complaint when there was no way of a peaceful living. They have blocked all the advocates in the Kerala High court to not to take my case to prevent in registering a legal complaint against them. They have blocked even sincere IPS officers Rishiraj Singh IPS, Mumbai DGP, Dr. Jacob Alexander IPS etc by telling lies to hide their criminalities. They are not letting me register a complaint anywhere and torturing me continuously. When I called Prof. Krishna, she told that Abhisekhdidn’t get marry and I thought better to be with Abhisekh and I started mailing him out of fear. Because,Abhisekh loved me sincerely even though his friends used to trouble me. These problems became this much worse due to the CFILT lab people and Abhisekh’s friends immature activities. Prof. Pushpak got insulted and he is spoiling my career as a revenge. He is giving bad recommendation letters and everybody together blocking my job applications to hide these all criminalities from the outside world. He has given offers and awards to everybody and spoiled my life and career. Now the entire CSE Dept. professors joined to finish me off completely.
Diptesh, Deepak, Vijay and all always used to threaten me that if I am complaining they will create fake complaints against me. They have created some fake bills and certificates to project bad about me by asking me to leave my final PCR report to DST with CFILT lab members. Now they are trying their level best and created all criminal conspiracy to admit me in mental hospital by telling lies to my sister and BIL, since they got afraid that I will move legally. They want to hide the criminalities they have done to me from 2013 onwards continuously till 2022. They are not even giving the minimum human rights and not even allowing me to work or live anywhere.
They are continuously blocking all my options to register a complaint legally by blocking all the advocates in Kerala High court by projecting bad about me. On the back, torturing us mentally and physically in all possible ways. My mother will get heart attack in anytime, since she has already gone to a stage of heart attack in 2017. I already lost my father in 2016 and he was in so much of stress during his last days. We cannot undergo this kind of stress situations unnecessarily from years.
I didnt do any crime and these people were continuously torturing me to pacify their egoes. To hide their criminalities, torturing me unnecessarily by creating problems purposefully by provoking and giving offers to people to project that I am creating problemsin the work place, family, neighborhood, home town, educational institutes, public places, temples, shops, hospitals etc, wherever I go. By networking, they are even contacting the bank managers wherever I have an account and is trying to loot the money to make me completely incapable.
I never created any issues in the 7 academic institutions and 7 organizations where I studied and worked. A truth will not become a lie even if 1000 people are agreeing to. The same way a lie will not become a truth.
Now, I am afraid to join any place to work or go outside because of the fear that these people will create public entertainments there again. I am a passionate researcher aspiring to develop an Intelligent System from 2003 onwards. Still I am not able to do it because of the various people’s constant troubles. More than 10 of my research papers are on hold. I cannot tolerate this anymore.
I request to take action against these people for torturing me continuously from 2013 onwards and not even allowing me to work or live anywhere by creating problems unnecessarily. Also, please give a warning to the advocates who denied taking up my case due to the influence, because even the murderers will get the legal support. They were mocking at thebad stage of a helpless girl.
As part of the criminal conspiracy, now everybody will tell that all these are my assumptions. I would request you to take a Lying Test, HypnotizingTest and Mental Evaluation test on all of these people. I am also ready to undergo these all tests after these people.
I have tried all my level for a compromise. But, these people are utilizing my decency also for creating entertainments by doing criminal conspiracy to put me in mental hospital to hide their criminalities. They can confidently talk and can solve the issue. But, they are always interested in creatingcriminal conspiracy. If they don’t have the courage to solve the issue, then they should not create any problem. They are matured individuals. They should behave like that. They spoiled my reputation, dignity, modesty, honesty, character, behavior, personality; mind etc everything to hide their constant criminalities. On top of that, creating issues between family members, relatives, neighbors, common citizens, work places, public places everywhere like criminals unnecessarily. They are telling bad about me and giving offers to my sister and Brother-In-Law, relatives and various people to spoil me and not to help.Then my sister and BIL, who were jealous about mealways and used to trouble my parents,became like criminals and was trying to put me into mental hospital by threatening my mother by joining those criminals to hide the criminalities they have done. Then, when my mother was not agreeing, they have replaced mother’s allergic tablet with chemicals to make her ill and to admit her in hospital, so that can make me also to go to hospital and can forcefully admit. This is not good for India’s top research institute. This situation has to be changed. These are the major reasonswhy many innocent students are committing suicides.
I strongly wish that there should be a change to this state that no other student ever commits suicides in IITs due to tortures, fear, Depression and Harassments.
My life is not a play tool to undergo this kind of constant tortures from 2013 onwards without any valid reason. Just imagine the mental stage of a girl who was constantly undergoing this kind of massive tortures, harassments, and insults from more than 100’s of people all time. They are spoiling the peaceful lives of me, my family, relatives etc unnecessarily.
Out of fear, my mother and I have been sitting inside the home by locking the door for the past 3 months.
From the constant efforts of AbhisekhSankaran,I understoodthat he loved me with 100 percentage sincerity. But, due to the criminal activities of Meenarli Sharma and the CFILT lab members, everybody went into this kind of a massive attack. I ignored Abhisekh very much because of the gang harassments of his friends especially Meenarli. Meenarli was playing around in between us, as she desperately wanted Abhisekh in addition to her boyfriend. She taught many dirty things to Abhisekh and he was a complete slave of her.Then he was playing around after doing emotional black mailing by accessing my social media accounts and emailsand will make me email to him continuously. Then he will send that to the entire network to project that I am running behind him and used to spoil my peace of mind and work continuously. When Abhisekh’s good friends started showing angry to me, I told about Meenarli’s plays to others. Then,Meenarli instructed all the students to do gang tortures to me to disturb my work and mind. There is nothing to do with my family. I have been under constant stress and fear in IITB,because of the continuous tortures done by DipteshKanojia, Deepak Jagtap, Vijay Ambre, Dhirendra Singh, Neha Bhargava, Raksha Sharma, Meenarli Sharmaetc from 2013 onwards. Then, now they are projecting to everybody that they want peace of mind after doing these many crimes to spoil my family and me completely. These people are lying and acting very nicely to hide their criminalities by spreading bad about my character and academics. The innocent professors went into their trap with misunderstandings and it is spoiling my life.
I would like to prove my innocence. I know that all the professors were trying to help me. They were being mislead by these criminals intentionally for their own benefits, especially DipteshKanojia. He wanted to get into PhD and wanted a degree and for that, he utilized all others and brought into this kind of a criminal trap and dragged them to do this much criminalities. He will talk so politely with the people he think he can get benefit and used tomake ensure his name will be there in most of the papers coming out from CFILT lab, to get into PhD. Then Prof. Pushpak also went into his trap and by believinghis lies,and he is troubling me.
I have been denied to access the internet from October onwards and they are strictly monitoring my activities with the help of police like criminals. They spoiled my laptops by controlling the licensed windows and has blocked all the shops in Ernakulam to not to service my laptops by spoiling the minimum human rights and continuous tracing. When I mailed to all the legal authorities across world, they started emotional black mailing again by sending messages that Abhisekh is in adamant love with me to make me go to Mumbai. Then the Police officers from Ernakulam Commissioner office also told me to accept Abhisekh. Then when I went to Mumbai for a compromise talk, they all were playing around with Mumbai police and organized so many dramas to create fake complaints against me. Then instructed the hostel people to not to give accommodation to me and has instructed hotel people to put chemicals on my foods to create joint pains and to spoil my health without any shame.
They have blocked my mail from mailservers and my mails are not reaching to judicial authorities and medias. Facebook account also blocked when reported. Now disabled my Gmail account.

7. The Police officers who didn’t take proper action by obeying the political influence and the IITB criminals
8. The educational Institution faculties and staffs who joined the tortures as per IITB criminal’s instruction
9. The mobile networks-Jio/Vodafone, who helped them trace my phone calls continuously from 2016
10. Various shops/hotels/canteens/service-centres/medical stores who joined the crime as per IITB criminal’s instruction
