我是个新手程序员，我在中国这边，很想学习并使用Dart开发，始终都下载不了Dart的编译器，可能是中国屏蔽了对美国服务器的访问所以下载不了，哪

gsdview.appspot.com is blocked .applications running on GAE can not
be accessed from china in the normal way.

Google groups也被GFW给墙了，你既然能在这里发消息应该知道如何翻墙吧。
或者你可以google 如何修改hosts文件访问被屏蔽的Google服务的方法。
dart的安装程序在appspot上，可以通过简单修改hosts访问。
