GraphQL server + What happened to Angel?

I’m looking for a Dart-based GraphQL server framework. This naturally led me to Angel, which looked all sorts of promising but… everything just stopped in 2018.

So: what is my best bet for a Dart GraphQL server? And whither Angel?

It’s not obviously on the packages page, and the only mention in the documentation according to the search functions is on https://angel3-docs.dukefirehawk.com/guides/service-basics#services where it is mentioned as a potential service to connect to.
