C Interop with Static Library

Hi,

While Dart support Interop with C, all the references are for creating the C/C++ code into a dynamic/shared library. I would like to use it as a static library. Across all platforms where possible. For Android I understand i need to build as a .so, but for other platforms - windows, macOS, iOS, linux, would like to use a static library.

Is this possible to do ?

Am new to flutter and dart and could not find many reference to this topic hence posting here.
