Hey Dart team, I spoke with some of you at IO about authoring APIs (libraries) in Dart as the single source of truth and consuming that library from JS and/or Dart.
This might mean dart2js generating ES6 or generating proxy JS objects for JS to Dart interop.  I wanted to see where this lands in the priorities for Dart and the progress on it.

I'm trying to push Workiva to adopt Dart as the language for the next gen product implementation. The biggest stumbling block is avoiding the "big bang" of rewriting all our JS libraries in Dart. We would like to have a more gradual approach with a good interop story in the mid term. I'd personally love to write a library in Dart and have consumers use it in JS and not even need to know it was generated from Dart.

Is this possible today? Will it be possible in the future?
