[analyzer] Rename BodyInferenceContext.{isAsynchronous,isSynchronous}.

The new names, `isAsync` and `isSync`, are better aligned with the
code in `front_end` and `_fe_analyzer_shared`, and with the
terminology used by the language itself.

There is no analyzer public API change, since the
`BodyInferenceContext` is not part of the API.
