Upgrade of package:appengine to flexible environment

Hi Cloud Users,
For those of you, who have been using package:appengine in the cloud, you might have received a deprecation notice some time ago to upgrade from Managed VMs to the new App Engine flexible environment.
Just recently, the general availability (GA) of App Engine flexible environment was announced. The predecessor, Managed VMs, is deprecated and will be decommissioned soon.
Martin has upgraded the appengine package to run in the new flexible environment. Please refer to the package’s readme file for instructions on how to use it and the migration document for how to migrate.
