What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to use 'pub serve' from the command line or from within the Dart
Editor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

OS Error: No space left on device, errno = 28

What version of the product are you using?

Dart Editor version 1.9.0.dev_04_00 (DEV)
Dart SDK version 1.9.0-dev.4.0

On what operating system?

Ubuntu 14.10

Please provide any additional information below.

The device is not full.

Reassigning to dart:io. If you're getting bogus OS Errors, that's coming
from a lower-level system than pub.

Including a stack trace would probably be helpful.

Please run pub serve with the --trace option:

$ pub serve --trace

You need to run it in the directory containing the pubspec.yaml file. I
don't think the --trace option can be added when running from the Dart
Editor.

The issue is resolved in the latest build.
