Tests should now be run either from dart/sdk/bin/... (for people that only
check out standalone.deps), or from
{out,xcodebuild}/{Debug,Release}{IA32,IA64}/dart-sdk/bin .

Tentatively assigning to Peter - feel free to kick it back if you don't
have time.
