"I am trying to use dart fix --apply, which can be run on a single file or an entire directory. However, it doesn't offer an option to specify a list of files. If we want to use dart fix --apply in a pre-commit hook, we would need to update the analysis_options file to exclude the files that are not being committed. It would be helpful if dart fix --apply allowed us to apply fixes to a specific list of files. Is there a way to raise a feature request with the Dart team?"

Yes. Issues and feature requests can be created at https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/new/choose.
