[dart-announce] Dart 1.17 "RC1" ready for testing

The second release candidate, RC1, of version 1.17 of the Dart SDK is now ready for testing. This release candidate is version 1.17.0-dev.6.1 from the dev channel. Please download it and test it against your apps.

This contains two fixes since RC0:

• Dartdoc fails to generate docs (issue #26562)
  
• Dartium crashes if Dart app is inside iframe (issue #26117)

We plan on releasing this as 1.17 stable shortly unless new blocking issues are discovered -- please report any such issues ASAP.
