Hi, I wanted to try contributing to Dart and I found an issue that looks like a good starting point - https://github.com/dart-lang/pub/issues/453. Please let me know if this contribution would be welcome.

There's some (possibly old and outdated) docs on contributing here: https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/wiki/Contributing

You can use Rietveld for reviews, or, if you prefer, a GitHub pull request is fine. Natalie is the main person maintaining pub today, but she's on vacation. I can help you shepherd the contribution in too.
