Dart Editor auto-reload with polymer app not working

Hi all,

I noticed when building a simple web app that the page was automatically updated in dartium whenever I modified the html or css. This is really handy!  But now as I've been diving into polymer, it seems that the page rebuilds automatically, but I still need to cmd-reload the page in dartium (or restart it) before I can see the changes.

Is this a known issue, or something I should report?
