Headless testing on a CI server

I am trying to run content_shell to execute browser-specific unit tests.  I am using an Ubuntu 14.04 image, and have downloaded the Dart SDK and run download_contentshell.sh.

My image is missing shared libraries:

/home/ubuntu/content_shell/content_shell: error while loading shared libraries: libcap.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

But this also happens when using the official Drone.io dart image but I am seeing the same error.

How do I install the shared libraries required by content_shell?
