BARS Member and Field Day 2026 Dinner RSVP Request

Hello BARS Members,

As part of our 2026 ARRL Field Day activities, the club will be providing a catered BBQ dinner on Saturday, June 27, 2026 for all members.

To help us plan food quantities and costs, we are requesting an RSVP from all members.

Dinner Details

Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026
Time: Approximately 6:00 PM 
Location: Redeemer Church Riverview - Field Day Site
Menu: BBQ meats, sides, and member-provided desserts

Please reply to this email no later than June 12th 2026 and let us know total number attending (including yourself and any family members) and whether you are willing to bring a dessert to share:

Examples:

Attending: 2 | Dessert: Yes – Brownies

Attending: 1 | Dessert: Yes
Attending: 1 | Dessert: No
Not Attending

Please reply even if you do not plan to attend. Knowing who will and will not be joining us helps ensure we order the right amount of food and manage club expenses responsibly.  Desserts are completely optional, but if you plan to bring a dessert to share, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Whether you're an experienced operator or have never made a Field Day contact, we encourage you to come out and participate. Come early, stay late, help make some contacts, enjoy the dinner, and spend time with fellow BARS members and their families as we celebrate amateur radio and serve our community.
