BARS Team:
Comet C/2025 R3 (Pan-STARRS) is currently visible in the northeastern sky about 90 minutes before sunrise. Focus on the eastern horizon, specifically near the constellation Pegasus, which is high in the sky during morning twilight. It may be best viewed with binoculars or a telescope. The comet is to be at its brightest as it passes into the sun on April 19, 2026. Then, perhaps after passage, low in the NW evening sky, just after sunset . Here is some time-exposure eye candy from a similar event in 2024, but you get the idea...Bring your HT and brag on the repeater!
