BARS - HamClubOnline - Membership Management System IS NOW LIVE!

Great news BARS Members!

HamClubOnline.com, is LIVE!

HamClubOnline.com is a new-to-us management system that lets us keep track of you (in a records management sense!) and lets you keep track of your records here in BARS.  

The first time you access the system:

• Go to the website HamClubOnline.com (https://www.hamclubonline.com)

• Enter your email address

• Click the Forgot Password link

• Follow the directions and create a new password

• You are ready to access the system.

• Click the BARS link to see your profile options

• The BARS PayPal account is integrated to this system so you can pay your dues.

Subsequent times you want to access the system:  

• You can access it by going back to the website at https://www.hamclubonline.com.

• In the upper right corner type in your email address and your password that you created when you signed up previously and click login. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please email Rick Farr (KK4CVD) at brandonrad...@gmail.com. 

Please do not use the “Contact Support” link on the HamClubOnline.com website. These questions go to the website owner not to the BARS Administrators.

Note: If you would still like to use check or cash to pay for your dues, you can!  Simply follow the same process you have been doing in the past, whether that is sending it into the PO Box, or handing it to the Treasurer at a meeting, and we can get your record updated in HamClubOnline manually.  

If you pay by PayPal through HamClubOnline, everything is automatic! 

There may be some bumps (and maybe some bruises) but we will work through them.  

Remember, our dues year is now April 1^st through March 31st, so you have until March 31st, 2026 to pay your dues for the 2026 dues year.  

Big shout out to Rick Farr (KK4CVD) and his testing sidekick Karen Jacobi (K4KZF) for the behind the scenes work in getting this all setup and tested.

One thing to add to this, PayPal still does charge us a fee to use their system for the transactions.  So when it comes up with the box on how much to pay, if you feel so inclined to add a little to help cover the costs, please do so.  If not, that's ok too.  I think there are some other services out there who do not charge fees which we will start looking into.
