With regards to F4 patches: Here is an inventory of all known FIV patches under OS/8.
Nothing specifically mentioned 8K systems, however.

OS/8 Device Extensions Kit integration instructions for FPAT.BN were wrong and broke FRTS.  Go back to the OS/8 V3D FRTS.SV and follow these instructions instead AFTER applying a required ABSLDR patch specific to the OS/8 Device Extensions Kit.
