Volunteer Opportunities – Your Help Needed!
Ticket Sales:

Assist with ticket sales from a laptop after services on the following Sundays:

Help us spread the word and boost ticket sales! We need your smile and enthusiasm to get everyone excited for the event.
Event Check-In:

We need 4 volunteers to scan QR code tickets and assist members in finding their paddles. You’ll be the welcoming face of the night, helping to kick things off smoothly by sharing event details and ensuring everyone is ready for a great time.
Event Set-Up:

Love getting creative? Help us transform the space with 4 additional volunteers for set-up and decorations. Bring your artistic flair and spooky spirit to make the room come alive with Halloween vibes!
Hundred Yard Dash:

Guide members through a fun activity next to the board with 3 more volunteers. It’s an easy but energetic way to engage the crowd and add excitement to the evening.
Live Auction Tracking:

We need 3 organized volunteers to track bids during the live auction. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy a bit of fast-paced action, this is the perfect role for you!
Potluck Desserts:
