SUNDAY SERVICE
Onsite & Online ~ 10 am
Reverend Nica Eaton
Merlin Snider & Shannon Anderson
How Can We Help?
As ICE raids increase and immigrant families in our local community live in growing fear, we are called by conscience, by compassion, and by our Unitarian Universalist values to respond. This service invites us to reflect on what it means to love our neighbors, to resist injustice, and to show up with courage in this moment of moral urgency.
The registration link below will allow you to register for the service with your preferred email address. A service link will then be sent to that email. This service link will be active 10 minutes prior to the service. As an added benefit, you’ll be sent a recording of the service after it is done streaming!

Volunteer for a shift at the Chalice table for Ventura Pride on August 16
As we work to put our faith into action as a welcoming congregation, it is important to show our solidarity with our rainbow coalition family. We’re requesting support from you, our Chalice beloveds, to show those being persecuted that they belong, they are appreciated, they are loved. Come join in the fun and community by visiting the Oxnard pride event or by tabling with us at the Ventura Pride event on August 16th.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by the political climate and unsure of how to take action, you're not alone. To help sift through all of the information, the Democracy in Action Team is sending out details each week on what actionable items you can take to fight political division and its threats to equal rights, our values, and democracy. It lists upcoming in-person, local events, as well as important calls you can make to your representatives. If you'd like to receive these emails, please email Kelly Niebergall at kellyni...@gmail.com. Let's resist together.

Dear Beloved Chalice UU Fellowship of Conejo Valley Community,
We are reaching out from the organizing team of the California chapter of DRUUMM (Diverse & Revolutionary Unitarian Universalist Ministries). DRUUMM is well known nationally for its dedication to supporting and uplifting BIPOC Unitarian Universalists. DRUUMM CA invites Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Unitarian Universalists and friends and allies from across California to gather virtually and in San Francisco for a powerful weekend of connection and collective care.
From August 1 to 3, 2025, we will come together for Naming the Now: Crisis, Clarity, and Care. This retreat is a space to reflect on the crises we are living through, find clarity in community, and nurture the care and resilience we need to move forward, together.
