Boundless Welcome: The Heart of Our Inclusive Faith
Unitarian Universalism celebrates diversity as a cornerstone of our shared faith. Today, we will explore how our inclusive principles and values invite us to honor every person’s worth and dignity, build bridges across difference, and create a spiritual home for all. Together, we’ll reflect on the transformative power of truly embracing one another and welcoming all.

February 2nd (THIS SUNDAY) after service
Dear Members of Chalice,
Please mark your calendars for the Chalice 2025 Mid-Year Meeting on Sunday, February 2nd, at 11:30 AM, following the morning worship service. The meeting will be available in-person and via Zoom, and we encourage in-person attendance to fully engage with the community. A more detailed agenda can be found at: 2024-25 Fellowship Meetings
Joys and Sorrows have become increasingly challenging to manage with too many channels coming in at the same time during service. We are trying to streamline things for our wonderful Worship team. We have decided to stop receiving texts and Zoom chat joys and sorrows and instead request that all joys and sorrows be emailed prior to service by 8 am on Sunday mornings to this address: j...@chaliceuu.org.
You may still fill out cards if you are attending in person.

Welcome! What you bring—who you are—enriches us all.
We say “Welcome” to your joy, your hope, your pride.
We say “Welcome” to your grief, your fear, your anger.
And the parts of you that are not yet ready to be seen and heard—
Welcome to them as well.
For we are people of faith:
Faith in our expansive welcome
Faith in our ability to grow
Faith in the precious gift of our truths
Faith in the promise of trying, learning, changing
Faith in our capacity to know ourselves and each other ever deeply.
Welcome to you who are gay, straight, bi, pan, lesbian, queer, questioning, unable to be contained in any word.
Welcome to you who are trans, cis, genderqueer, nonbinary, intersex, agender, beyond words.
Welcome to you who are human.
Welcome to you who love and are loved.
Welcome to you who are blessed (which is all of you).
May this time together be a blessing.
We light this chalice to honor every single one of us.
