Don’t Call It A Sermon!
Join us for an exploration of religious and secular faith and spirituality. Clint shares his story of leaving the Christian Church and turning to other avenues to seek out the metaphysical and ontological. What he found led him to activism, social justice work and Unitarian Universalism. Perhaps the story of his journey can help you on yours—but just don’t call it a sermon!
The registration link below will allow you to register for the service with your preferred email address. A service link will then be sent to that email. This service link will be active 5 minutes prior to the service. As an added benefit, you’ll be sent a recording of the service after it is done streaming!

I breathe in the warmth of this light, its glow filling the spaces where fear and doubt reside.
I breathe out the tension I carry. I release what no longer serves me.
I breathe in the strength of our community, a sanctuary of diverse voices and shared purpose.
I breathe out the urge to go it alone. I embrace the power of togetherness.
I breathe in the courage to speak truth, even when it trembles on my lips.
I breathe out the silence that holds me back. I make space for honesty and justice.
I breathe in the hope of transformation, knowing we are here to build and to heal.
I breathe out despair, trusting that change is born in small acts of love.
As we light this chalice, may each breath remind us of the sacred rhythm of life, the pulse of creation, and the power we hold to shape the world around us.

We'll be collecting $25 GROCERY gift cards from 11/10 to 12/7. Many Mansions will distribute these cards to families in our community. If you can donate a GROCERY gift card from Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons, etc. that's perfect! Cards can be placed in the locked box by the church office or put in our Chalice gift box on Sundays. Food & Toiletries Drive for Adelante Comunidad Conejo
Donations are needed for vulnerable families. Needed items: Baby Formula, Bagged Beans, Bagged Rice, Deodorant, Diapers, Dish and Laundry Soap, Feminine Hygiene Products, Paper Towels, Reusable Grocery Bags, Shampoo, Soap, and Toilet Paper.
Drop donations inside the Chalice lobby on Wednesdays from 10am to 8pm or after service on Sundays.
Please make sure the items are not expired.

Democracy In Action
If you're feeling overwhelmed by the political climate and unsure of how to take action, you're not alone. To help sift through all of the information, the Democracy in Action Team is sending out details each week on what actionable items you can take to fight political division and its threats to equal rights, our values, and democracy. It lists upcoming in-person, local events, as well as important calls you can make to your representatives.
