Acting as a representative for a senior cox

Dear coxes,

It has come to our attention that some senior bumps coxes who have undertaken to brief fellow senior bumps coxes from their club have not been doing so adequately. For the record, we do not consider a couple of text messages to be in any way an acceptable 'briefing'.

It is our expectation that a full run through of the coxing briefing is undertaken in person, ideally with the slides, by the competent representative. All coxes must be fully briefed for each set of races in order to ensure the safety of the event and in particular other coxes. 

If we find that representatives are continuing to not fully brief coxes, we'll be left with no option but to require all coxes attend a briefing in person going forward.
