Notes from the Umpires

• Many thanks to all umpires, marshals, rowers, coxes, coaches and bank parties who took part this week for another great week of bumps races. See you all in the Mays!
• Please could all crews and bank parties watch their language in Mays - you are publicly representing your college and the university, and we do get complaints from the public when you are overheard!
• A note to coxes - all concessions must be clear - i.e. a hand in the air and staying in the air. Concessions continued to be unclear throughout Lents, so practice before Mays!
• Well done on a clean final day of racing with no major incidents - an improvement on earlier in the week!
