Outlook: With the rising river level and strong stream, the flag will be re-assessed tomorrow morning with a strong possibility of a yellow flag.

Outlook: Stream is still strong. Crews are reminded that a green flag is not a license to boat. Crews and their coxes should strongly consider if they can handle the conditions.

Leave plenty of distance from the lock while spinning. Crews are reminded it is safest to push off and land bowball facing into the stream.
Further reminder those not a college 1st boat may not boat until 11:15am.
