Dear All,

I am Matilda Horn, CUBC Women's Assistant Coach.

Please can you share this email with the relevant full time students in your programmes.

We will be running the Dev Squad again this season. We will have 2 sessions on Tuesday 19th & Tuesday 26th November.

These first 2 sessions will be technique focussed.

The sessions will be 45 mins and run in 3 groups beginning at 4pm, 5pm & 6pm.

We will then communicate next steps with 2 more ergos at the end of January. After this we will put together a bit more of a plan ahead of BUCS regatta.

Optimistic expectations for March 2024: 2km OW Sub 7:30 and LW Sub 8:00
