Campership - Financial Assistance for Summer Camp - Deadline Due by April 14, 2026
The Northeastern Pennsylvania Council believes that no Scout should be prevented from attending summer camp because of financial need. We also believe that the Scout should work to help pay a portion of his/her own way to camp. Unless extraordinary circumstances exist, we expect that parents or guardians, and the Unit Committee will also assist in the funding. And while it is not the intention of the Council to completely subsidize a camp fee, we are committed to making the necessary arrangements so that all Scouts can come to camp.
Cub Pack 126 is committed to ensuring that all Scouts have the financial ability to attend camp. To support this commitment, the Pack Committee has organized eight fundraisers this year to assist families in offsetting the cost of camp. As a result, many Scouts have been able to fully fund their camp experience.
The Pack Committee remains dedicated to working collaboratively with families to identify solutions and provide support, ensuring that every Scout is given the opportunity to participate in this important and enriching experience.

The Pack Store is Open. If anyone needs any Class B Shirts or other items please go to:
Medical Forms:
All Scouts must have a Class A/B medical form on file with the pack. Additionally, all Scouts should obtain a Class C form signed at their next physical. The forms can be found at the link below, and it is recommended to download and fill them out digitally. This will save time next year, as you will only need to update and get the signature instead of filling out the entire form again.
Forms are only good for 1 year.
Emails have been sent to parents of scouts with Medical Forms Missing
It is your responsibility to keep your forms up-to-date with the pack.
Doctors Signatures are required on the Part C form for Summer Camp. We will need these medical forms by early June.
