Summer Camp / May Pack Trip Registration Finalization

If any families still need to finalize their Summer Camp or May Pack Camping Trip registrations and payments, please let Chris Yevitz and J Croom know as soon as possible. We are currently working to complete all registrations with the Council, and final payments must be submitted shortly.

We believe we have the correct list of Scouts registered for each event, but if:

Your Scout is missing from the list,

They were placed in the wrong event, or

Someone still wants to register,

Please reach out immediately.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we work through scheduling. With 43 scouts currently going to camp and many participating in multiple events it’s a bit of a puzzle, but your prompt and polite communication has been incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership in getting everything sorted smoothly!

Cub Scout Pack 126 Store

Medical Forms:

  • All Scouts must have a Class A/B medical form on file with the pack. Additionally, all Scouts should obtain a Class C form signed at their next physical. The forms can be found at the link below, and it is recommended to download and fill them out digitally. This will save time next year, as you will only need to update and get the signature instead of filling out the entire form again.

  • Forms are only good for 1 year.

  • Emails have been sent to parents of scouts with Medical Forms Missing

  • It is your responsibility to keep your forms up-to-date with the pack.

  • Doctors Signatures are required on the Part C form for Summer Camp. We will need these medical forms by early June.
