Wolf - Bear - AOL Camping at Harvest Fest (October 14, 2025 - Registration):
All Wolf Den (2th Grade), Bear Den (3rd Grade) and AOL Den (5th Grade) Scouts are invited to a Camping Trip on October 25 - 26, 2025.
The registration deadline is October 14, 2025.
You can find more information and the registration form here: Wolf - Bear - AOL Camping at Harvest Fest.
Note your Harvest Fest Ticket is included in your registration fee
Medical Forms:
All Scouts must have a Class A/B medical form on file with the pack. Additionally, all Scouts should obtain a Class C form signed at their next physical. The forms can be found at the link below, and it is recommended to download and fill them out digitally. This will save time next year, as you will only need to update and get the signature instead of filling out the entire form again.
Forms are only good for 1 year.
All new scouts need to submit A/B forms now.
For returning scouts, we will share the expiration of your current form.
It is your responsibility to keep your forms up-to-date with the pack.
Jamboree-on-the-Air (Individual Event) (October 18, 2025)
Cub Scouts, get ready to connect with millions of #Scouts worldwide in an amazing Radio and Digital Exchange of Ideas! Whether you’re a curious newbie or a seasoned scout, this unforgettable experience will have something for everyone. The event is October 18, 2025

This event is run locally by our very own Assistant Cubmaster Nathaniel Frissell at the University of Scranton.
Let’s get ready to connect, learn, and explore the world of scouting together!
Popcorn Fundraiser (Ends November 1, 2025):
Our Popcorn Fundraiser is underway! Scouts can sell individually or join one of our storefront opportunities.
To get started, check out the Popcorn Sale Information Handout for sign-up instructions for both online and store front sales.
Selling is easy, just share your Scout’s online store link by text, email, or social media. All payments are handled through the app, so there’s no cash to track.
More store front opportunities are being added. Families can sign up on a first come first serve basis when they are released. Watch your email for more signup opportunities
This is a simple way to raise money to help cover camp costs and other Scouting adventures.
If you’re not selling popcorn, you can still contribute by doing community service and raising funds for the Heroes and Helpers program. A portion of these funds supports sending popcorn to members of our active military. Your Scout will receive 40% of the donations towards their Scout Account, and donations can be as low as $5. Anyone who volunteers to work a shift will receive a share of the proceeds credited to their Scout account.
If you’re interested, please sign up using the form below.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Kelly Berry, Christine Healey, or Adam Richard.
November Pack Meeting (November 7, 2025)
Our November Pack Meeting is Friday November 7, 2025 at the Maple Lake Methodist Church starting at 6:30PM
All Scots should wear their Class A Uniform: Pack 126 Uniforming
This is a special night for our pack. In addition to Scouts working on their citizenship adventure, we will be welcoming and recognizing our new members by presenting them with their Pack Neckerchiefs. This will be an interactive presentation, and a parent or guardian will be invited to participate in this meaningful moment.
We will also be presenting scouts that completed their Bobcat Adventure and their Outdoor Adventure with their belt loops.
Please plan on attending. Families are welcome.
Veterans Day Ceremony (November 11, 2025)
Our pack will be participating in the Veterans Day ceremony on November 11, 2025, at 11 AM at VFW Post 5207, located at the corner of Routes 502 and 307 in Daleville. Scouts should arrive by 10:45 AM.
Weather permitting, a flag retirement ceremony will take place immediately after the Veterans Day ceremony at the same location.
All Scouts who are able to attend are encouraged to participate.
Community Service Project (November 16, 2025)
Pack 126 will be participating in the Scouting for Food community service project from November 9 to 16, 2025. This initiative not only helps fulfill the citizenship adventure requirements for Scouts but also supports members of our community.
Each Scout will receive door hangers and will be asked to collect food donations for the North Pocono Food Pantry.
Additionally, on November 16, 2025, we will be collecting food at Bill’s Shoprite. Families will be asked to sign up for 1-hour shifts throughout the day to assist with the collection. Further details regarding the sign-up process will be shared in the coming weeks.
Applebee’s Burgers Fundraiser (November 18, 2025)
Pack 126 will be holding an Applebee’s Burger Fundraiser October 28, 2025 through November 18, 2025. Scouts will be selling Applebee’s Burger Fundraiser tickets for $13 each. For every ticket sold, the Scout will earn $9 towards their Scout Account. The tickets can be redeemed at participating Applebee’s locations for a free burger and fries, with a choice from the variety of burgers available on the menu.
More information will be released in the coming weeks
Uniforming Plan:
For September and October, Scouts will wear the Class B (Activity) uniform, which is a Scouting t-shirt of your choice. New members can wear any Scout-appropriate t-shirt, and they will receive their official pack t-shirts later this fall after registration closes. This applies to both den and pack meetings during these months. Starting in November we will move to the official Class A (Field) uniform.
Class A Uniform Swap
If anyone has an old Cub Scout Uniform that they are not using that they can donate to another Scout, please contact Assistant Cubmaster Matt Flannigan at mflan...@cubpack126.org or see Matt at a meeting.
Let’s work together as a community to support one another. If your Scout has outgrown or no longer uses their uniform, consider passing it along to someone who needs it.
If anyone is in need of a lightly used uniform please also email or talk to Matt. We do have a few uniforms available. Although we can’t get Uniforms for everyone, we will do our best to get every Scout in need into a Class A shirt.
Class A Uniform Sale
Scouting America is offering 10% off uniform bottoms when purchasing a matching uniform top. If you plan to buy a Class A uniform, take advantage of this discount at the council service center store.
More information on Cub Scout uniforms can be found at: Pack 126 Uniforming
