Dear Scouts and Families,
We are looking forward to Penguins Hockey Scout Night on Saturday, March 28, which is also Star Wars Night! Here are a few important reminders:
Tickets:
Tickets will be distributed tonight by Chris Yevitz at the Maple Lake United Methodist Church for anyone attending. If you are unable to make tonight’s meeting, please arrange to get your tickets from Chris before Saturday.
Uniform:
Please wear your Class A uniforms.
Arrival & Entry:
This is a nearly sold-out event, and lines will be long.
It is highly recommended that you arrive by 5:00 PM to ensure smooth entry.
Venue Information:
Mohegan Sun Arena is a cashless venue, so please bring a credit or debit card for any purchases.
Color Guard:
For adults and Webelos Scouts assisting with the Color Guard (as confirmed last Wednesday):
Practice will be at 4:00 PM inside the arena.
Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for check-in so practice can begin promptly.
You must be in full Class A uniform, including long pants. Any Scout or Scouter not in full uniform will not be allowed on the ice.
After practice, we may need to exit the building and re-enter at 5:00 PM. Families are welcome to wait nearby; however, it is important that everyone is on their best behavior during the practice session. Occasionally, groups are allowed to remain inside the arena, but this depends on venue conditions
