Scout Religious Emblems Program

To help members grow stronger in their faith, religious groups have developed various religious emblems programs. Gertrude Hawk Candy Bar Fundraiser (Starting February 22, 2026)

The Pack is currently selling Gertrude Hawk Candy Bars for $2 a bar. For each box of $48 bars sold, scouts will be credited $40 to their Scout Accounts.

Families can signout up to 2 boxes at any of our Pack events until supplies are gone.

Gertrude Hawk Show and Sell Event - March 14, 2025

We will be selling candy bars at Bill’s ShopRite in Daleville on March 14th. Families interested in participating can sign up for one of the available time slots below.

Each slot is one hour long, and we are asking two families to participate per shift. There are 18 slots available on the sign-up chart.

At the end of the weekend, sales proceeds will be divided evenly, and each participating family will receive credit toward their scout account based on the number of shifts worked.

For example, if a family works three shifts, they will receive 3/18ths of the total proceeds.

The pack will also be accepting cash donations, which will go directly toward defraying scouting costs for all members.

The pack will be providing the candy for this event. Individuals should not bring their own boxes.

If you know a family interested in trying out Scouting, this is a great opportunity to explore everything our program has to offer! New Scouts who join during this period will be able to participate in all Pack events through August 31 with no additional registration fees.

Please note that Scouts will still be responsible for any special activity fees, such as camp or event-specific costs, just like all current Cub Pack 126 members.

Recruiter Incentive: Any Scout who brings a friend to a Pack event, and that friend then joins Cub Pack 126, will be eligible to earn the official Recruiter Badge!

Help us spread the word and grow our Pack, we’d love to welcome new families into our Scouting community!

GENERAL REMINDERS:

Medical Forms:

  • All Scouts must have a Class A/B medical form on file with the pack. Additionally, all Scouts should obtain a Class C form signed at their next physical. The forms can be found at the link below, and it is recommended to download and fill them out digitally. This will save time next year, as you will only need to update and get the signature instead of filling out the entire form again.

  • Forms are only good for 1 year.

  • Emails have been sent to parents of scouts with Medical Forms Missing

  • It is your responsibility to keep your forms up-to-date with the pack.
