Hi!

Don’t Forget about Tomorrow Night!



Pack and Parents Meeting - September 19, 2025


  • Our first Pack Meeting and Parents Meeting will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 6:30 PM at Camp Jubilee in Covington Township.


  • The evening will include activities and a campfire for the Cub Scouts, along with important information for parents. It promises to be both fun and informative, so we encourage all families to join us.


  • All Scouts and their families should attend.


  • Scouts should wear their Class B shirts or any school-appropriate shirt. The kids will be active, but it may get cooler after dark, so please bring layers.


  • If you know a friend or family interested in Scouting, please invite them to come along and learn more about our program!



  • For the campfire, parents can bring chairs to sit in around the fire. 


  • The meeting will run until  approximately 8:30 PM, though families are welcome to stay a bit longer to enjoy the fun, fellowship, and campfire.

On August 3, 2025, the Committee officially approved a Pack Guidebook

We’ll go over the Guidebook in more detail at our Parents Meeting on September 19, 2025. Afterward, each family will be asked to sign the last page to confirm you’ve reviewed it.
