The Western Maryland Regional Library (WMRL) is seeking an analytical and technically skilled Integrated Library System (ILS) Administrator to support the Western Maryland ILS Consortium and its member libraries. This position is responsible for the administration,
maintenance, and enhancement of the consortium's ILS, including troubleshooting, software updates, training, reporting, and data visualization. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with library
technologies and data systems, the ability to assess and improve library services, and a collaborative approach to building effective working relationships across the region. Project management experience and the ability to lead initiatives that support operational
efficiency and informed decision-making are essential.
