Dear Fischer lab members,

I am Rebecca Chin, an assistant professor at Dept of Biomedical Sciences at City University of Hong Kong. I read your papers on PROTACs and would like to apply it in our studies. Could I get access to your proteomics DB?

Many thanks,
Rebecca

Hello Katherine,

Thank you for the great work with the DFCI seminar series on Protacs. I would like access to your Protacs/Degraders database. Would you know if there is a SD file available of structures of published Protacs/Glues?

Best regards,
Ashis Saha

Hi Ashis

Thank you for your interest in our proteomics database.
Yes, to sign up you can:
1) click on the link: https://proteomics.fischerlab.org/
2) on the top right of your page you can click 'sign in'
3) sign in with your google credentials

We will then receive a database request and grant access within 72 hours.

We do not currently have a compiled list of compound structures that we can provide but these details can be found within our published manuscripts.

Best wishes,

Katherine
