First, thank you for making an amazing resource. I have a question regarding your datasets, specifically wp-esf-055 and wp-esf-042. Can you please tell me what the "mix" compound condition is? Or point me in the direction of the published data?

Hi Amanda
We appreciate the feedback and are happy to hear the database has been useful for you. The "mix" condition is not a drug treatment, it is a mixture of lysate from multiple different cell lines which is why it looks like there are many proteins moving here.
