Hello team,

I noticed that openshift 4.12 is actually outside the currently supported OCP systems, so I would like to know when PGO will support OpenShift 4.12?

Thanks

Hi Fan, thanks for reaching out!

The upcoming Crunchy Postgres for Kubernetes v5.4.0 release will include support for OpenShift v4.12.

We currently anticipate a Crunchy Postgres for Kubernetes v5.4.0 release for our subscription customers in June.  The release will then be made available though the Developer Program shortly thereafter.

Thanks!
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
Can you confirm that  Crunchy Postgres for Kubernetes v5.4.0 will be released in June and it will support OpenShift v4.12? Are you expecting any delays in your release plan?

Thanks,
Łukasz

I just wanted to circle back with a quick update on this thread to note that the Crunchy Postgres for Kubernetes v5.3.2 release has been verified for compatibility with both OpenShift v4.12 and v4.13.

For more details, please see the "Kubernetes Compatibility" section of the v5.3.2 documentation:

So assuming you are on the latest version of the operator (currently v5.3.2), you can now safely move forward with upgrading to the latest versions of OpenShift.

Additionally, its also worth mentioning that were are currently putting the final touches on the Crunchy Postgres for Kubernetes v5.4.0 release, which will soon be available, and will also include support for these versions of OpenShift (v4.12 & v4.13).

Thanks,
Andrew
