Hi Everyone,

We’re looking for volunteers to participate in user interviews for some proposed changes to the CC Search user interface.

If you’re interested in volunteering 20 minutes of your time to help us improve and learn, please follow this Calendly link and select a time that suits you on Friday October 18th (this week). This is a collaboration with design students from UC Berkeley.

How does it work?

The process for the test is pretty simple. You'll be on the video call with one facilitator and possibly one or two silent observers. You’ll share your screen as you work through a couple of tasks that the facilitator gives you and voice your thoughts out loud as you do them. At the end, we will ask you a few questions about your overall experience.

What do I need?

You’ll need to have access to a computer with a good internet connection for the duration of the test and be able to share your screen. Here are instructions on sharing your screen.

What’s in it for me?

You’ll get a warm and fuzzy feeling for helping us make CC Search better for everyone, plus a $10 Amazon US gift card to thank you for your time.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns, otherwise we hope you’ll sign up for a 20-minute slot next week!

Thanks,

Anna
