Hello everyone,

We have drafted a notice for older licenses. When users land on an older version's deed page, we want users to know that we recommend the use of the 4.0 suite licenses. While the Chooser and CC's own guidance direct people to use the 4.0 suite, many people find the CC licenses via search engines or other materials which still refer to older licenses.Do you have any suggestions based on how people interact with the older licenses?
