Hi!
We have in VSS a pull request (https://github.com/COVESA/vehicle_signal_specification/pull/555) to add battery cell min/max voltage. The background for adding these two is to have something that corresponds to the PIDS 0xB9/0xF4B9 in the standard SAE J1979DA_202203.xlsx.
In the last VSS meeting we agreed to check with you in the EV charging expert group to get opinions from you. Feel free to comment in the PR or in this mail.
