COVESA Android platform update

Hi everyone,

As a starting point of EPAM’s contribution to COVESA AASIG we’ve updated the Android platform.

We’ve introduced the new build system based on PAF - python tool to run automation scenarios.

It is open source framework made by Vlad Goncharuk (in CC) as well as the PR https://github.com/COVESA/aasig_dev_platform/pull/4 (kudos to Vlad 😊).

Currently the build is available for fresh Android 12 and can be run on Cuttlefish emulator.

We’ve removed the older builds for reference boards and as of today the reference hardware is an open question to discuss at AASIG calls.

The readme’s and howto’s are there, if something is missing – pls let us know and we’ll add the needed info.

So everyone who wants to - please review the PR, we would be grateful for any remarks.
