ALERT: Lifetime Achievement Award (LAA) Nominations are due tonight

Pardon my French, but holy crap, your ICG president almost but not quite blew it.

The BOD informally some time ago settled on April 18 (same day as the Doll Contest, etc.) as the day to have our 2026 annual meeting online. I forgot to do the math for the Lifetime Achievement Awards nominations.

An April 18 meeting date means that TONIGHT Feb 17, 2026 at midnight PST is the deadline for LAA nominations.

Because tonight is the deadline:

• If you have a previous nomination you wish to reactivate, simply supply the name and say that you wish to reactivate the nomination.
  
  
• If you have a NEW nomination, please send me the name and your basic "letter of proposal" nominating them, as well as any material you have prepared for the nomination immediately (before 11:59PM PST today)
  
  
• It takes me a few days to build the voting packet for the electors, which occasionally requires my requesting clarification from the nominator, so I will accept supplementary information for submitted nominations by tonight's deadline until 11:59pm February 20.

Note to chapter presidents and officers: this means LAA voting will close 11:59pm March 19.

My deepest apologies for not doing these calculations earlier.
