Members Ballot for Governing Documents Amendment now available

In advance of the April 12 General Meeting of the International Costumers Guild, I have published the ballot for adopting the proposed revision of our Governing Documents (Bylaws and Standing Rules)

All members in good standing are eligible to cast a ballot. It is now accessible at

The form has 3 pages. The first gives us permission to collect the identifying information necessary to validate your ballot. The second collects that information (Name, email address, and ICG chapter). The third is your ballot vote Yes, No, or Abstain. 

The ballot is live until 2PM EDT on April 12, 2025 (11AM PDT). This deadline falls within our scheduled Annual Meeting, which will be held via Zoom this year. As this resolution was announced with the required 45 days advance publication of the proposed revision, it requires a simple majority of the members present or represented by proxy at the annual meeting to pass. If you vote early, that portion of the meeting can proceed quicker, but please be sure to join the meeting or file your proxy so your vote can be counted!
