If necessary, adjustments to the agenda can be made at the meeting.

The Board of Directors will meet at 10AM, followed by the Members Annual Meeting at 11AM on April 21, 2023, in the San Martin Room at the Doubletree San Jose Hotel, during Costume-Con 39.

There will also be a "Meet the ICG" meetup for less formal discussions and socializing at 1PM that day. Location is TBA by CC39.

Please take a look at them in advance so you are prepared to ask questions during the meeting.
