If you are a member in good standing of an ICG chapter and cannot attend the Annual Meeting (April 21, at Costume-Con 39), you may assign your proxy to another ICG member.

The simplest way to do so is via our online Proxy form at:
https://forms.gle/e3EBj4HchvKFiwDE8

If that will not work for you, you may print, complete and sign the form at
https://costume.org/wp/about-the-international-costumers-guild/icg-annual-meeting-proxy-form/
and then transmit it physically (give it to someone to carry) or electronically to the ICG secretary.

(It is much simpler for us to verify if you use the online form, btw, and no risk of the document getting lost)
