Proxy ballot

If you are unable to attend Costume Con and the annual meeting this year below is the link for the proxy ballot. You fill it in and assign it to a member of your chapter so your vote can be counted. You have to be a member in good standing, meaning your ICG dues are paid up and the chapter has sent the dues in.
