The 2021 ICG Annual Meeting is scheduled via Zoom meeting for 

Noon (PDT) on Sunday, April 25, 2021

Pre-registration by Friday April 23 is required to allow membership validation.

The polling technology of Zoom limits us to a single vote (per poll) per logged-in member.
Households or groups that want to log in collectively but need to cast multiple votes may either 

• assign proxies via https://forms.gle/9SjcFKPWTMT64YJ18
• register alternate email addresses and log in a second device, with video/audio turned off, to be able to interact with the polls.

If no alternative email addresses exist for a household that wishes to exercise individual votes, please contact the meeting admins via zo...@costume.org so we can investigate solutions for the additional members.

Greeting from your ICG Treasurer,

This is a reminder that if you wish to take advantage of the forgiveness on your ICG dues the request must come through your primary chapter. It is not automatically applied. 

Motion 2021-01 : One Year Forgiveness on Member and Chapter Dues

The ICG shall offer dues forgiveness to all members whose memberships were in good standing at the start of Costume-Con 38 when the ICG Annual Meeting would have taken place, and who are unable to afford membership dues due to the unusual circumstances of 2020. Such forgiveness shall consist of adjusting said members' membership expiration dates to extend memberships by one year, starting with memberships that were due to expire in March 2020. 

Said forgiveness shall extend to the related standing of such members' primary chapters.

Furthermore, the ICG shall extend an additional grace period beyond that outlined in Standing Rule 12 of up to six months for payment of chapter dues at the request of a chapter in good standing with the ICG as of March 2020.

The wonders of the web! A few years ago I had issues with Thunderbird dumping anything with a gmail address into the spam folder, it didn't matter if the address was in my book or not. I had to set a filter for a while to fix it.
