[CoreCollective Virtualisation] - Maintenance subgroup

Hello everyone,

During the previous calls we had a numbner of items spread across virtualization, emulation and VirtIO. 

Since the maintenance WG will start becoming more useful as more members join we decided to use the slot tomorow for "Chairs co-ordination meeting”. The plan is to go through the items we discussed  and decide which WG should drive them.
