onion_listen_stop & websocket-s

Hello All,

I don't know what exactly is the behavior of onion_listen_stop w.r.t. to
websockets.
I feel that the behavior should be documented.

I would prefer that onion_listen_stop would do the equivalent of
onion_websocket_close on every active websocket.
