package installation

Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me with an issue. I downloaded miniconda 4.12.0 for WIndowns 64-bit and I'm trying to install Jupyter notebook.

Everything goes fine when downloading and extracting packages. Preparing and Verifying transactions are also ok. But when executing transaction, the following error messages appear to me: 

An error occurred while installing package 'defaults::debugpy-1.5.1-py39hd77b12b_0'

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\User\\Desktop\\...\\env\\Lib\\site-packages\\debugpy\\_vendored\\pydevd\\_pydevd_bundle\\_debug_adapter\\__pycache__\\__main__pydevd_gen_debug_adapter_protocol.cpython-39.pyc'.

Any thoughts, please?
