Removing Conda environemnt

I want to remove conda environments i have created while learning. i am using following command

conda remove -n <Name of my env> --all. However it does not work. I get no error message but following

(base) seemamishra@MacBook-Pro Lung Infection Detection % conda env remove -n env3

(base) seemamishra@MacBook-Pro Lung Infection Detection %

i made sure I have deactivated the environment before removing. i am using M1 Mac.

Please advise.
